Florence is a Director at d and h, having joined in January 2025, and is based in our Thurso office.
Florence previously worked for a local firm in Wick and latterly as a family lawyer for a large national firm in Inverness.
Florence has a special interest in the area of family law. Florence is collaboratively trained and is a member of Consensus Scotland. Florence has completed the SWRC’s Approved Domestic Abuse Training for Solicitors. Florence is also a member of the Family Law Association.
Florence has an interest in Guardianships and Adults with Incapacity and regularly appears in the Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland. Florence also sits on the Law Society of Scotland Mental Health and Disability Sub Committee.
Florence is a member of the WS Society.
Outside of work, Florence is chair of Lyth Arts Centre and is kept busy with her young twin boys.
